Skipping route waypoints

You may skip route waypoints by displaying
"DI" (DIsable) next to the route waypoint in
the route list. Using Figure 5-14 as an ex-
ample, your ship is currently heading toward
waypoint 04 but is to switch course and head
to waypoint 03. In this case you would want
to skip waypoint 04.

1) Press [WPT RTE] and [5] to display the

route list. Press the cursor keys to select
route.

to skip waypoint.

2) Press ▲ or ▼ to select route waypoint to

skip.

3) Press

t or s to shift the cursor to the

right of the waypoint number.

4) Press [

] to change "EN"(ENable) to

"DI"(DIsable).

5) Press the [NU/CU ENT] key.

To reselect the waypoint, select it on the route
list and press [

] to change "DI" to "EN".

Route waypoints are mutually skipped when
the navigators are sharing data.

5.2 Cancelling Destination

Destination is cancelled at both GPS naviga-
tors when they are sharing data.

1) Press the [GOTO] key.

2) Press [5] to select Cancel. The message

shown in Figure 5-16 appears.

Release GOTO ?
