• Wrap the tab at the top of the brushguard around the top
of the sport bar.
• Insert two 3 /
4
" screws through the holes in the front of the
brushguard and into the screw pegs on the brushguard
tab.
• Tighten the screws with a Phillips screwdriver. Do not
over-tighten.
• Wrap one of the brushguard side tabs around the roll
bar.
• Insert a 3 /
4
" screw through the hole in the brushguard
side tab and into the screw peg on the side tab.
• Tighten the screw with a Phillips screwdriver. Do not
over-tighten.
• Repeat this procedure to secure the other three brush-
guard side tabs around the roll bar.
• Fit the opening in the center of the windshield over the
headlight rim.
• Snap the tabs on the windshield into the slots in the
upper and lower handlebar housings.
• Using safety scissors, remove the hand guards from
the plastic connector. Dispose of the plastic connector.
• Align the holes in the right hand guard with the screw
pegs on the right side of the windshield. The hand
guard fits against the inside surface of the windshield.
Please Note: The right hand guard is marked "R".
The right side of the windshield is also marked "R".
• Insert three 1 /
2
" screws (black) through the windshield
and into the hand guard.
• Tighten the screws with a Phillips screwdriver. Do not
over-tighten.
• Repeat this procedure to assemble the left hand guard
to the left side of the windshield.
