Assembly
• Fit a mirror lens to a mirror housing.
• Insert a #8 x 1 /
2
" screw through the back of the mirror
housing into the mirror lens. Tighten the screw with a
Phillips screwdriver. Do not over-tighten.
• Repeat this procedure to assemble the other mirror lens
to the remaining mirror housing.
• Fit a mirror housing to a handlebar, as shown.
• Fit and hold a mirror clamp to the other side of
the handlebar.
• Insert two #8 x 3 /
4
" screws through the back of the mirror
housing and into the mirror clamp.
• Using a Phillips screwdriver, tighten the screws to hold
the mirror housing upright. Do not over-tighten.
• Repeat this procedure to assemble the remaining mirror
housing to the other handlebar.

• Fit the fender tip onto the front of the fender.
• Insert two #8 x 3 /

" screws through the fender tip and
into the vehicle frame. Tighten the screws with a Phillips
screwdriver. Do not over-tighten.
