Deleting a Record
1. Find the record you want following Steps
1-5 in “Finding and Viewing Records.”
2. Tap DEL.
DELETE? Y/N appears on the screen.
3. Tap Y to delete the record.
Tap N to cancel the deletion.
Using Extra Programs
The Extra Programs menu has three items:
INTERNET MGR (Internet Manager),
EXPENSE MGR (Expense Manager), and
EXTRA CONTENT. For information on
Internet Manager and Expense Manager,
please see “Using Organizer Programs.”
Using Extra Content
Extra Content is included on the Rolodex ®
Electronics Desktop Manager CD and will
be stored on your PC when you install the
Desktop Manager. Both RT-8211 and
RT-8213 come with the U.S. Spell Checker,
a Foreign Language Phrase Book and a
