to view and then press ENTER
to select it.

The entry is displayed that
contains the idiom you selected.

6. Use the navigation button to

read the entire definition.
Press

to hear the word.

Note: Only English headwords
can be pronounced.

7. Press CLEAR when done.

From a Dictionary Entry

Another way to find idioms is from a
dictionary entry.

Note: The

Soft Key is only

available in an entry in the Oxford
Advanced Learner’s Dictionary
.

1. Press .

The eBooks tab is displayed.

2. Press and to

move

the

highlight the dictionary you want
and then press ENTER to select it.

3. Type a word, for example jump

and then press ENTER.

The dictionary entry for “jump” is
displayed.

4. Use the navigation button to

read the entire definition.

Press

to hear the word.
