• You must use a touch-tone phone.
• You must enter the correct security code.
• Did the unit hang up? If you take no action for a period of time, the unit
automatically hangs up.

• Unplug the power supply cord from the electrical outlet and plug it back
in to reset the unit. If that doesn’t work, unplug the power supply cord
from the back of the unit and plug it back in again to perform a complete
reset.
