NOISE

Possible Causes

What To Do

Washer is noisy

Washer is uneven

Make sure washer is level and rests firmly on the floor.

Washer load is unbalanced

Push the Cycle knob in to stop the washer, open the

door and redistribute the load evenly. Close the door
and restart.

High pitch jet engine sound

This is normal during the spin cycle.

Squealing sound or hot

Washer is overloaded. Stop washer and reduce load.

Make sure cord is plugged securely into a working outlet.
