Dialing a number

1. Touch > .

TiP: You can also open the phone

application by touching Call from

the Home screen.

2. Dial the number.
3. Touch .

Calling a Contact

Before you can call a contact, you must

add a contact (

page 24)

1. Touch > .
2. Touch a contact.
3. Touch Call.
4. If the contact has more than one

phone number, touch the phone

number to call.

Calling a Found Location

You can call a location that you have

found in the Where To? menu, if the

location has a phone number associated

with it.
1. From the Home screen, touch

Where To?.

2. Search for a location (see

pages

30–41

).

3. Touch Call.

Answering a Call

If the screen is locked, double-tap

.

If the screen is not locked, touch

Answer.

Silencing an Incoming

Call

When you receive a call, press the

Volume Up or Volume Down key.
