MPAA Rating Settings
1 Press MENU. Press PLAY/▲ or STOP/▼ to
select V-CHIP SET UP.Then, press F.FWD/B.
2 Press PLAY/▲ or STOP/▼ to select MPAA
RATING.Then, press F.FWD/B.
3 Press PLAY/▲ or STOP/▼ to select a rating.
Press F.FWD/B to select BLOCK or VIEW.
● When you select a rating and choose BLOCK, the higher
ratings will be blocked automatically.The lower ratings will
be available for viewing.
● When you select VIEW for G, all other ratings will auto-
matically be available for viewing.
4 Press MENU to remove the menu.
MPAA Rating Explanations
• G - General Audience
• PG - Parental Guidance suggested.
• PG-13 - Unsuitable for children
under 13
• R - Restricted; under 17 requires
accompanying parent or adult
guardian
• NC-17 - No one under 17 admit-
ted
• X - Mature audience only
