Receiving a call
This chapter describes features that you can use when receiving a call.
Call Pickup
Using Call Pickup, you can answer a ringing telephone from any telephone in
your Pickup group or another Pickup Group.
To answer a ringing call in your
own Call Pickup group:
1. Lift the handset or press a DN Key.
2. Press Call Pickup , or enter
To answer a ringing call in
another Call Pickup group:
1. Lift the handset or press a DN Key.
2. Press Group Pickup or .
3. Dial the pickup group number of the
ringing telephone.
To answer a ringing call at a
specific extension in any
pickup group:
1. Lift the handset or press a DN Key.
2. Press DN Pickup , or enter .
3. Dial the DN of the ringing telephone.
Receiving a call: Call Pickup (for Meridian 1)
