Personalizing a Ring Style
You can change the alerts that notify you of the following
events: incoming calls, text messages, voicemail
messages, data calls, alarms, and reminders. Any
changes you make are applied to the current ring style.
Note: style represents the current ring style.
• Some ring tones vibrate automatically. If you use one
of these tones, your phone vibrates even when it is not
set to
Vibrate or Vibe&Ring . To turn off these vibrations,
select
M > Settings > Haptics > Off .
• Java™ applications can make your phone vibrate or
light up. You can turn off App Vibration and App Backlight
under
M > Settings > Java Settings .
