Tap é, then tap Setup.

Tap a field to change its setting. Pull down the scroll bar to
display additional fields.

When you are finished changing settings, tap Save to store
your settings.
Sharing Event Information
You can share calendar events with others by sending the
data as a vCalendar entry to another phone, PC, or
hand-held device.

Tap J Calendar in the application launcher screen to open
the calendar.

Tap the name of the event you want to send. Your phone
displays event details.

Tap é, then tap Share.

Tap Bluetooth, then tap OK to exchange the data through a
Bluetooth® wireless connection. Tap Message or Email, then
tap OK to send the event data in an MMS or email
message.

Complete the setup procedure for the transfer method you
selected.

Tap OK to send the event information in a vCalendar entry.
