You can use the Messages feature to send and receive
SMS, EMS, and MMS messages and to access your
voicemail messages.
send message
You can send a message to other compatible phones
or to email addresses. A message can contain text
and pictures, sounds, or other media objects. You can
add multiple pages to a message and put text and
media objects on each page.

Messages > Create > Create Message

Select SMS/EMS or MMS.

Enter message text.

To insert a picture, sound, or other media
object, press INSERT and select the file type: Picture,
Sound, or Animation. Select Preloaded and downloaded media
files
or Additional Storage Device, then select the file.

When you finish the message, press OK.

When you finish setting message options, press
DONE.

Select message recipients and press SEND.
receive message
When you receive a message, your phone displays a
message indicator (see page 20) and New Message. You
can read the message immediately or save it in your
Inbox for later viewing.
