32 Using your Answering Machine
Through the cordless handset:
1. Press
M
from idle mode. Voice prompts of the
menu list options will play.
2. Press

to play the messages.
3. During message playback, press the keys below to
perform the following functions:
7.2 Delete All Messages
1. Press and hold
p
on corded base to erase all
read messages (applicable only when all answering
machine messages are read, new message(s) will
not be deleted.)
NOTE
When answering machine is full, icon will flash if
there are new messages which have not been heard.
Erase Some Answerer Msg will toggle within 2 seconds with
Memory is Full in idle to alert user to delete some
messages to free up the memory.
l Press once to replay current message
from the beginning. Press twice to
playback the previous message.

Skip to play the next message.
p
Delete the current message.
+ Increase the loudspeaker volume by one
level (1 to 5).
- Decrease the loudspeaker volume by one
level (1 to 5).

Skip to repeat the current message from
the beginning. Press twice to playback the
previous message.

Stop the current message playback.

Skip to play the next message.
+
Increase the volume.
-
Decrease the volume.
M Delete the current message and the next
message will be played.
J Toggle the message playback via
earpiece/speakerphone.

Exit to idle.
