The internal cabinet dimensions must be at least 350 mm from top to
bottom, 567 mm between the sides and 430 mm from front edge to
back. The sides must be at least 16.5 mm thick for the screws. The
cabinet must be deep enough to leave 50 mm behind the microwave
oven for ventilation, and must not be closed at the back to allow
steam from the microwave oven to escape.

4.

Fit the bottom spacer (7) to the underside of the microwave oven
using 2 of the 4x8 mm screws.

5.

Fit the rear spacer (5) to the back of the microwave oven using 2 of
the 4x8 mm screws. The rear spacer has a tooth (a) that must lock
into place with the bottom spacer.

6.

Fit the ventilation box (4) on the top of the microwave oven using 2 of
the 4x8 mm screws. Note that the opening of the ventilation box must
face backwards.

7.

Fit the side brackets (2) onto the sides of the microwave oven using 8
of the 4x8 mm screws, 2 brackets either side.

8.

Insert the microwave oven into the cabinet. It must be positioned in
the middle of the cabinet. Check the centre line (b).

9.

Secure the microwave oven to the front of the cabinet using the 4x16
mm screws.

10. Push the screen (6) into place until it clicks onto the side brackets. The

top of the screen is marked "TOP" at the back. The screen can be
removed by levering it gently off the side brackets with a screwdriver.

CLEANING

When cleaning the microwave oven, you should pay attention to the
following points:

Switch the microwave oven off and remove the plug from the wall
socket before cleaning.

Never use scouring powder, steel scourers or other strong cleaning
agents to clean the interior or exterior surfaces of the microwave
oven, as they may scratch the surfaces.

Instead use a cloth dampened with hot water, and add detergent if the
microwave oven is very dirty.

Make sure that no water gets into the vent holes.

The turning ring and the floor of the microwave oven must be cleaned
regularly so that the glass turntable can move around without
hindrance.

The glass turntable and turning ring can be cleaned in a dishwasher.

Do not remove the magnetron cover (3) on the inside of the oven!

Tip: When the oven has been in use for some time, the oven
compartment can begin to smell. If the smell is not dispersed by
ordinary cleaning, place a few lemon slices in a cup and cook them in
the microwave oven at full power for 2-3 minutes. This will effectively
disperse the smell.

BEFORE GOING TO A REPAIR CENTRE

If the microwave oven will not start:

Check that the plug is correctly in place in the wall socket. If that is
not the case, remove the plug, wait 10 seconds and then plug it in
again.

Check whether a fuse has blown or whether the fuse relay has been
switched off. If it is not that, you can check that the socket itself is
working by plugging in another device.

Check that the oven door is closed properly. If this is not the case, the
automatic safety system via the lock dowels (1) ensures that the
microwave oven cannot be started.

Check if the minute timer is activated.

If the microwave oven still does not work, you should contact a repair
engineer.
