Auto Zoom
The auto zoom feature changes the moving
map scale automatically. While navigating,
auto zoom adjusts the map scale to zoom in
closer and closer as you approach the
destination waypoint. When traveling away
from a waypoint, auto zoom adjusts the map
scale to zoom out as the distance from the
waypoint increases.
Use the LEFT or
RIGHT ARROW
keys to select auto
zoom.
The screen shows
“Auto” for the map
scale, meaning auto
zoom is selected.
In this case, the
map scale is the
distance
to the
active waypoint.
You can use the auto zoom feature with any of
the moving map screens.
