Control Knobs The knobs for the hotplates can be rotated in either direction to provide variable heat control, the
Main Oven knob can only be rotated clockwise from the Off position.
Note: Always ensure that all controls are in the OFF position, when the appliance is not
in use.
Operating the
control when
the grill is in use In common with all cookers having controls sited above the grill compartment, care must be taken
when setting the controls, due to hot air being emitted from the grill compartment.
Slow cooking ‘S’ The main oven has a ‘S’ setting specially designed to reduce energy usage. Full details of this can
be found in the Slow cooking section of this book.
Timer * To use the timer, the buzzer must be wound up by turning the knob one full turn clockwise; then
turn it back to the desired time so that the number of minutes on the knob matches the reference
mark on the panel.
