Position the cover on the chassis so that the rail guides on the bottom of the
cover engage the rails and push the cover closed until it latches.

Reconnect the external cables and power cords to the computer. See “Chapter 2.
Installing external options” on page 11.

To update the configuration, see “Chapter 6. Using the IBM Setup Utility
program” on page 55.
Important:
When the power cord is first plugged in, the computer might appear to
power on for a few seconds, then power off. This is a normal sequence to
enable the computer to initialize.
