in a song when the player is stopped or powered
off.
OFF : Playback begins from the first track after the
player is stopped or powered off.

dependent on the version of the PC operating system
that was used to create it. (For example, if an MP3
file is created in a English version of Windows, the
language setting should be English for the proper title
