Activate the Manager program after connecting the USB cable between the player and the PC.

- Music files (MP3, WMA, ASF) can not be uploaded from the player to the PC in
accordance with current copyright guidelines.
- You can upload recorded FM, LINE IN, or VOICE files to your PC as well as any data files.
Music files (MP3, WMA, ASF) may not be transferred to your PC from the player.
CAUTION
Select the folders or files on the player to transfer to the PC.
And Click and Drag to move folders or files to the desired location on the PC.
