C - Footboard Assembly Kit before 3/1/00 is NLA. Refer to the Footboard Assembly Conversion Kits provided that will convert
to a Footboard Assembly made after 2/29/00. Order according to the chair width. Captain Seats will use the 18" wide
conversion kit
D - Items 22, 27, and 28 must be ordered together for chairs manufactured before 8/10/99 due to a hardware change.
E - Includes Items 22-28.
