Unplayable disc
z The disc may be dirty. Clean the disc and try again.
z The disc or data format is not supported. Check the
disc or data format (extension). (P. 49)
Incompatible disc
z Insert a disc that can be played on this burner.

z The “Close disc” check box in Power2Go might have
been unchecked to allow further recording. Under
the “Burner” tab in the Power2Go “Configuration/
Information” menu, check the box to close the disc.

Unfinalized disc
Use finalized disc
z Disc is not finalised when it is copied from the high
definition Everio. Make sure to finalise the disc after
copying. (For details, refer to the instruction manual
of the Everio camera.)
Disc error z The disc may be dirty. Clean the disc and try again.
Region code error
z Discs with a region code that differs from the region
code set for this burner cannot be played back.
Insert a disc with a region code that matches the
