system energizes wash, recirculating
rinse, and final rinse sections only
when a rack is in place.
• Convenient, externally operated
lever drains.
• Stainless steel frame, legs, adjustable
bullet feet, and front appearance
panel are all standard.

AJ-64 Series Rack Conveyor Dishwasher—Item No. ____________
Shall be a Jackson AJ-64 Series, multiple tank rack conveyor dishwasher.
Sanitization shall be accomplished by using hi-temp (180°F minimum)
sanitizing rinse.
