Alarm
Select from the following options: switch the Alarm On/Off, or set it
5 min./1 day before the event time. If the phone is switched off, you
will not hear the alarm.
Edit Text
Use the Jog Dial and the keypad to edit the event text.
Delete
Delete the event entry.
Daily To Do List
The following options are available if you select one of the To Do
Items.
View
View details of the To Do entry. Select OK if the entry is correct.
Complete
Select Complete if you have completed the To Do item. The To Do
entry is ticked. It is still possible to View, undo complete (= Not
complete) and to edit this entry.
Edit Text
Edit the To Do entry.
Delete
You have the choice of the following options:
• Past will permanently delete all past To Do entries (but keep the
current entry/entries).
• All will permanently delete all To Do entries from the past and of
today.
