Use the following options to adjust your audio settings.
Option Description When to use/why it’s important
Enable echo
cancellation
Enables echo
cancellation for
VoIP audio Disable this option only if the computer's power is very
limited, because it takes slightly more processing power to
have this enabled.
Some hardware devices contain echo cancellation that
SMART Bridgit’s software-based echo cancellation can
interfere with.
Disable this option if you are having problems with echo
cancellation.
Enable AGC Enables
automatic gain
control (AGC)
AGC adjusts the volume of your microphone to a
reasonable level in case you have your volume set too high.
Disable this option if you prefer full control over the volume.
