• Add Text tool
Add Text is used to insert a single line of text into a document. Once
you have selected the tool, click anywhere in the document to create
a text box, and then enter text. This box will disappear when text
insertion is complete and will reappear whenever the text is re-
selected. If you wish to enter more than one line of text, use a Sticky
Note instead.
• Sticky Note tool
This tool allows you to paste a memo sheet over a document
containing a short text message. You can select both the text color
and the background color, which will take effect when text insertion
is complete.
• Rubber Stamp tool
This places text resembling a rubber stamp marking on a
document. There are six preset stamps—APPROVED,
CONFIDENTIAL, DRAFT, FINAL, RECEIVED, and REJECTED—
and you can also create your own messages.
• Crop tool
Use this tool to select an area of an image that you want to keep.
All parts outside of the selected area are erased.
