13.7 AT*EPNW Ericsson Write SIM Preferred Network
This command is used to edit the SIM preferred list of networks
(EF
PLMNSEL
). The entry field <oper> contains mobile country code
(MCC) and mobile network code (MNC).

PCS: 3 digits for country and 3 digits for network
