Our warranty for your product will not cover normal wear of parts, damage
resulting from negligent use or misuse of the product, use of improper voltage
or current, use contrary to operating instructions, glass breakage (if applica-
ble), or disassembly, repair, or alteration by any person other than an autho-
rized service station. Any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a
particular purpose on your product is limited to the duration of this written
warranty. We shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages
for breach of any express or implied warranty on your product.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts
or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the
above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal
rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
