Channels can have a maximum of 30fps/NTSC or 25fps/PAL, regardless of resolution.

Thus, the DVR has a maximum frame rate of 120fps/NTSC or 100fps/PAL.

Selecting CIF will allow you to store additional footage on the hard drive,

or allow other channels to operate at a higher resolution without compromising frame rate.
