48 - Calling Features
Linking Calls
To talk to more than one person on a call, you can make a
conference call. Call the first person and press
HOLD ( +),
then call the second person and press LINK ( +).
Transferring a Call
You can directly transfer a call without talking to the person who answers.
During a call:
Enter the phone number where you are transferring the call and press N.
Barring a Call
Call barring lets you restrict outgoing or incoming calls. You
can restrict all calls, calls to international numbers, or calls
while roaming, or all calls but home.
Putting a Call on Hold
While you are on a call:
Find the Feature M > Transfer
Find the Feature M > Settings > Security
> Call Barring
Press To
HOLD ( +) (if available)
or
M > Hold
put a call on hold.
Your phone displays a l (flashing
phone) indicator to indicate that the
call is on hold.
