INTRODUCTION

W1736 Overarm Router (Mfg. 8/10+)

Controls and Features

A. Top Valve: Controls the speed that the router

rises from the plunge (down) position.

B. Bottom Valve: Controls the plunge speed of the

router.

C. Head: The part of the overarm assembly that

houses the router motor and moves up and

down when activated by the foot pedal.

D. Pin Adjustment Knob: Locks the table pin in

place for pin routing operations.

E. Foot Switch: When connected to air, controls

the up and down motion of the head.

F. Router Motor Adapters: Allows various sizes

and brands of router motors to be installed on

the overarm assembly.

G. Plunge Depth Knob: Adjusts the plunging depth

of the head.
