Highlight one or more entries in

Mark Activate mode.
§Mark§ Highlight a non-highlighted
entry.
§Unmark§ Take the highlighting back
from a highlighted entry.
Additional highlighting functions:
Mark all Highlight all entries.
Unmark all Delete highlighting on
all marked entries.
Delete marked All selected entries are
deleted.
