instructions supplied with the product.

ƒ Removal or installation of the product.
ƒ Causes external to the product, such as electric power fluctuation
or failure.
ƒ Use of supplies or parts not meeting our specifications.
ƒ Normal wear and tear.
ƒ Any other causes which does not relate to a product defect.
