Why isn’t my Sansa Fuze+ MP3 player being charged or detected by my computer
when I connect it?
Verify that you are using Windows Media® Player version 10 or higher, reset your Sansa

player, and try again.

How do I drag music files to my Sansa Fuze+ MP3 player?
Drag and drop your files into the Music folder. Please see Chapter 4 for more information.

Which bit rates will the Sansa Fuze+ MP3 player support?
The Sansa Fuze+ MP3 player will support 32-320Kbps for MP3 and 32-256Kbps for WMA.

How do I format my Sansa Fuze+ MP3 player?
You can use the device Format command under SettingsÆFormat or using a computer.

Why should I update the firmware?
You should always update the player to the latest firmware to ensure that it functions
correctly and has all the latest features. Please download the Sansa Updater application

How do I transfer videos and photos to my Sansa Fuze+ MP3 player?
You should install the Sansa Media Converter software (see

). This

software will convert your video and photo files then transfer them to the player. Refer to

the Sansa Media Converter software for details on file formats supported.
