Attach upper elevator tubes (28) to backboard brackets (25) using spacers (29),
bolt (30), and nut (32) as shown.
Support pole on sawhorse. Attach upper and lower elevator tubes (28) to top
pole section (4) using bolts (30) and nuts (32) as shown. Attach pole cap (38) as
shown.
