Troubleshooting
Display Problem Troubleshooting
•Ribbon Cartridge is
empty.
•Replace Ribbon cartridge.
(see page 6.3-Replacing the
Ribbon cartridge)
•Ribbon Cartridge is not
installed when you turn
the printer on.
•Install Ribbon cartridge .
( see page 2.2-Installing the
Ribbon cartridge.)
•Press the OK button.
•Ribbon Cartridge is not
installed when you try to
print images.
•Install Ribbon cartridge .
( see page 2.2-Installing the
Ribbon cartridge.)
•Press the Print button.
•Images were set wrong. •Reset image properly.
•Printer failed to read the
memory card.
•Remove and insert the
memory card again.
•If the error occurs again, try
another memory card.
•No images on the
memory card.
•Re-load images onto the
memory card and try again.
•This appears when you
try to print from a
camera that does not
support PictBridge.
•Connect a camera that
supports PictBridge.
