due to timeout problems, matching root
certificates must exist on both devices to
enable a smooth reconnection. Otherwise you
will be prompted to accept the connection
everytime it goes down.

Check with your IT department which
certificates and settings you must use.

Note: It is not recommended to enable direct
push synchronization without having a
matching set of root certificates on the server
and the phone.

report the loss to your IT department.They can
