3. Follow the prompts to choose a volume level and press
Done (left softkey).
Alert Notification
Your phone can alert you with an audible tone when you
change service areas, once a minute during a voice call, when
a call has been lost, or when you connect to the network.
To enable or disable alert sounds:
1. Select
M
> Settings > Sounds > Alerts.
2. Highlight Service (Change), Minute Beep, Call Lost, or
Connect (To Network), and press
M .
3. Select On or Off and press M .
Key Tones
You can set the sound you hear whenever you press a key.
To set your key tones:
1. Select
M
> Settings > Sounds > Key Tone.
2. To set the tone, select Navigation Tones, choose the tone
you want and press
M .
3. To set the tone length, select Tone Length, choose Short
or Long, and press
M
.
Tip: In standby mode, you can adjust the ringer volume by using
the volume keys on the side of your phone.
To reset your volume setting to factory defaults,
press
M
> Settings > Sounds > Volume > Reset Volumes .
