Setting an Alert Notification for Sprint PCS
Ready Link Calls
Your phone can alert you with an audible tone when you
receive a Sprint PCS Ready Link call.
To set alerts for Sprint PCS Ready Link calls:
1.
Select Menu (
) > Settings > Ready Link > Sounds >
Missed Call Alert.
2.
Select Ready Link Calls or R-Link Missed.
3.
Select Once, Repeat, or Continuous. (Select Off to
deactivate the alert.)
Setting the Speakerphone for Sprint PCS
Ready Link Calls
You can set the speakerphone to on or off when Sprint PCS
Ready Link call is activated. By default, the speakerphone is
set to on.
To set the speakerphone to on or off:
1.
Select Menu (
) > Settings > Ready Link >
Speakerphone.
2.
Select On or Off.
Tip:
You can also set alerts using the Alert Notification menu. (See
“Alert Notification” on page 52.)
Note:
If the phone’s ringer volume is set to Vibrate, Ringer Off, or
Silence All, the speakerphone turns off. Press Speaker to turn
the speakerphone mode on.
