In this chapter you will learn how to use the automatic dialing, special phone features,
and how to set options and print reports
Using Automatic Dialing
There are two ways to store numbers for automatic dialing : One-Touch Dialing and
Speed Dialing. One-Touch Dialing lets you use any one of the 10 One-Touch buttons
located on the left of the machine’s control panel to dial your number automatically.
Speed Dialing allows you to enter two digits to dial a number.
Storing a Number for One-Touch Dialing

Press and hold the One-
Touch button (01 through
10) that you want to
assign.
The LCD asks if you want
to assign a telephone or T E L F A X
fax number.

Choose the type of
number you want to store
by using or

Press START/COPY.
You can store up to 20 numbers in
the 10 One-Touch buttons. Each One-
Touch button can simultaneously hold
one fax number and one telephone
number.
