To change the angle

You can change the angle of view when playing a DVD disc that contains scenes
recorded from multiple angles.

Notes:

Some DVDs prohibit changing the angle.

!

Refer to the manual of the disc as the operation may vary depending on the disc.

Playing back from the desired point (book-
mark)

During playback, make bookmarks. Playback can be resumed from the points. Up to
six bookmarks can be used per disc.

To recall book marked position

Notes:

The bookmark function is not available for some discs.

When operating SVCD/VCD with the P.B.C. function, set the sequential play mode
to SEQ.2 (see page 30).

While a disc is playing, press the
ANGLE button.

Angle information

Angle information does not appear if not re-
corded on the disc.

Press the ON SCREEN button on the re-
mote control to check angle information
(see page 31).

Within 3 seconds, press the ANGLE button repeatedly to select the
desired angle.

While a disc is playing, press the
RANDOM button.

The bookmark screen is displayed.

Press the or button to select the desired bookmark number and
then press the ENTER button at the desired points.

If you enter a wrong point, press the CLEAR button and retry.

Press the RANDOM button to exit the bookmark screen.

Book mark selections are memorized until a disc is removed or to turn the power
off.
