Registering Destination
Information

Register the destination name
and key display name. This is
the basic information required
for managing destinations.

Register fax numbers in the Ad-
dress Book. To send a fax, select
the destination key as it appears
on the initial fax function dis-
play, so you can specify the fax
number. When you set Label In-
sertion to ON, the registered
destination name, preceded by
“To”, is printed at the top of the
page when it is received at the
other end.
