3. Slide the SIM card into the SIM card holder so that
the holder locks the card in position ensuring that cut
corner is top left of the phone and the gold contacts
on the card face into the phone .
Note: When you need to remove the SIM card, slide
it towards the top of the phone and take it out
of the holder.
4. Place the battery back on the phone. Slide the
battery up towards the catch until it clicks into place.
Make sure that the battery is properly installed
before switching on the power.
Charging a Battery
Your phone is powered by a rechargeable Li-ion battery.
A desktop charger and a travel adapter are provided
with your phone for charging the battery. Use only
approved batteries and chargers. Ask your local
SAMSUNG dealer for further details.
The phone can be used while the battery is charging.
Note: You must fully charge the battery before using
your phone for the first time. A discharged
battery is fully recharged in approximately
200 minutes.
Charging with the Desktop Charger
Using the desktop charger, you can charge the battery
alone.
1. Insert the battery alone into the slot of the desktop
charger ensuring the terminals on the battery
contacting with those on the charger and push it
down until it clicks into place.
