Problem An error message prompt states the
phone is not registered for Web services.
Recommendation Web services can take
longer to activate than voice services. Please try
again later. If the problem persists for more
than one day, please contact your Service
Provider.
Problem The message "Service Not Available"
appears.
Recommendation Your phone can't acquire a
signal or you are in an area that does not yet
support Web services. If possible, move to an
area that supports Web services. If you continue
to receive this message, please contact your
service provider.
Problem The message "Data Server
Unavailable" appears.
Recommendation Web services are
temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.
If this problem persists, contact your Service
Provider.
Problem The message "IP Address Missing"
appears.
Recommendation Your phone's factory
settings have been altered. Please contact your
Service Provider for assistance.
