82 Changing Your Phone’s Settings
Note: You are charged for airtime minutes when using the Sprint PCS
Wireless Web Browser.
4. Using your navigation key to scroll up or down, select Graphics or
Ringers, highlight the OK softkey and press
. (For more
information on navigating the Sprint PCS Wireless Web, see "Using
the Sprint PCS Wireless Web Browser" on page 109.)
5. Select an item to download, highlight the OK softkey and press .
The selected ringer or graphic will automatically be downloaded to
your phone.
6. Press to return to the Downloads menu or to return to the
main menu.
Note: You may store up to five downloaded ringers and five downloaded
graphics in addition to those originally programmed into your phone. If you
download more than five ringers or graphics, a message is displayed that
says “No Additional Memory Available”.
Assigning Downloaded Ringers and Graphics
Downloaded ringers and graphics may be assigned directly from the
Downloads menu and are also available through the Settings menu.
To assign a downloaded ringer or graphic through the Settings menu,
see "Selecting Ringer Types for Voice Calls" on page 81, "Selecting
Ringer Types for Messages" on page 83, or "Changing the Greeting" on
page 80.
To assign a downloaded ringer or graphic from the Downloads menu:
1. Press .
2. Press for Wireless Web .
3. Press for Downloads .
4. Press for Ringers or for Idle Screens .
5. Follow the screen prompts to continue.
For Ringers:
ᮣ Voice Calls with Caller ID to assign a ringer for incoming calls
with Caller ID.
ᮣ Calls With No Caller ID for incoming calls without Caller ID.
