Attach Foot Plate (7) to the Connect Frame (6) using three Bolts (32), three Washers (44), and three Nylon
Lock-nuts (41).
Attach Right Handle (2) and Left Handle (3) to the Main Frame (1) using two Bolts (39), four Washers (43),
and two Nylon Lock-nuts (42).
