After you power up the scanner, the following screen will be displayed.
When the scanner completes the power-up sequence, the Idle
screen will be displayed. See the section entitled, Using the
touchscreen” later in this chapter for information about the Idle
screen.
IMPORTANT: Always power up the host computer to its ready state
before powering up the scanner.
