Note:
The 8 - digit hex data is converted to 32-bit
binary data. Each bit corresponds to a
single dot on the 30-dot display. When the
bit is ON, the display dot is ON and vice
versa. Bit 32(MSB) corresponds to the left-
most dot; bit 3 corresponds to right-most
dot. Bits 1 and 2 are always OFF (not used).
