[Multi-Access]
Because the scanning, printing, and communication functions
are completely independent, documents can be faxed even
while other documents are being printed.
[Double-Sided Copies]* 2
With the bizhub 211, double-sided copies can be made from
single or double-sided documents. You can also make double-
sided 2-in-1 and 4-in-1 copies.
[Sorting/Grouping]
The bizhub 211/163 let you output multiple copies/prints at
one time, and the printed pages can be sorted into sets. These
sets may contain a copy of each page, or can be grouped with
each set containing all copies of the same page.

The bizhub 211/163 come with a standard paper feed capacity of
250 sheets. With optional
units, consecutive feeding of
up to 1,350 sheets can be ach-

per and toner remaining, make speed dial settings, and desig-
nate the destination for sending scanned data, all from your PC.
[Local Setup & Diagnosis (LSD)]* 2
By connecting the bizhub 211/163 to your PC via a USB
cable, you can register One Touch, Speed Dial and Group
Dial numbers*
3 , and create initial settings for fax registrations,
copy functions and e-mail—all right from your PC. You can
also monitor the machine counter and the status of paper
jams. Also, LSD data files are compatible with existing models
(bizhub 210/162, 1611/2011).
[Department Management]
The number of copies that have been made can be checked
for up to
50 departments.

accepts a variety of media, in-
cluding thick paper, transpar-
encies, labels, and envelopes.
In addition, you can register
up to 3 different sizes of non-
standard size paper for the
Multi Bypass Tray.
