7.9 Downloading files
A specified file can be downloaded to the machine to be printed.
Only the following types of files can be downloaded.

PCL files
- Text files (English text only)

Note
If a file type other than a PCL or text file is downloaded, it will not be print-
ed, or will be printed with corrupt or incorrect characters.
How to download files

Click [File Download] in the menu on the “Job” tab.

Click the [Browse] button, and then select the file.

Click the [Send] button beside “Send File to Printer”.
The file is downloaded to the machine, then printed.
